Pictures of the first batch of the bitter chocolate coffee stout. Everything is perfect, colour, foam, smell - yes practically everything turned out perfect, except taste and body. Not as creamy as we aimed for, but it definately carries a punch - it do contain alcohol.Since it is partly bottle fermented, it may still develop. Some of the bitterness is gone. We are entering it in a contest, which will be interresting.
